RIWI is seeking feedback and interest on a proposed solution to better understand and address barriers facing those with mental illness and substance misuse across the United States. RIWI’s proposed solution involves the creation of a centralized, integrated, and interactive platform that captures the most critical social, institutional, and political indicators that serve as barriers to healthy living and prosperity among these vulnerable populations.
