Access to the Compass Series of Indexes is now available to purchase. Choose to subscribe to all 3 of the Compass Series’ Indexes or select the individual Indexes that cater to your interests and business needs. Subscribers will also have the option to include access to David Woo’s Unbound blog for content including the podcast and bonus yearly calls with macroeconomist David Woo.

All Indexes and their real-time data are exclusively accessible on the RIWI Dashboard for subscribers. Data is updated hourly.

FAQs

I’m only interested in 1 of the Indexes. Can I purchase access to just one? Yes, Indexes can be purchased individually or in a bundle of your choosing. Email us at compass-sales@riwi.com and specify which Indexes you’d like to subscribe to.

Can I cancel my subscription? Yes, while we do require payment upfront, you can cancel your subscription if you do not wish to continue accessing the data.

How do I access the Compass Series data? After subscribing, you’ll be sent an email containing a unique link to the RIWI dashboard.

What data can I expect from each of the Indexes?

To review the Indexes, their objectives, and the data collection topics, review each individual Index’s page. Each Index also collects demographic data on respondents, including age, gender, data, household income and level of education.

How is the data collected? The Compass Series collects its data using Random Domain Intercept Technology (RDIT). RDIT allows for the rapid capture and assessment of large samples of broad, truly randomized human opinion and perceptions data. The Compass Series leverages this technology to deliver anonymous opt-in surveys to Web users across the world.

Do you offer training? How do I make sense of the data? All subscribers receive a video tutorial outlining how to use the RIWI dashboard. RIWI also offers analysis and reporting services should you require more assistance. For more information, contact compass-sales@riwi.com.

What does ‘Collaboration and Customization Input’ mean for SME, Corporate, and Enterprise packages? We understand that you may have specific interests in insights not covered in the Indexes.
