Responsibilities:
We are looking for a mid-level software engineer passionate about exploring, architecting, and implementing highly available systems in the cloud using best-in-class frameworks and tools. You will also communicate with multiple internal and external teams to develop and maintain the RIWI platform. You need to be comfortable with using various programming languages and also be eager to learn the business side of the company.

Qualifications and Required Skills:
- Excellent Communication skills (English) to propose (and debate) ideas, solutions, and trade-offs with technical and non-technical team members. Verbal, writing, and listening skills are paramount.
- Problem-solving skills including root cause analysis or equivalent methodologies
- Proficient in Typescript/Javascript (minimum 3 years experience)
- Proficient in back-end and API development (minimum 3 years experience) and have a solid knowledge of web protocols and best practices
- Experience in the Node.js platform and its frameworks (Express.js, Nest.js, etc.)
- Solid background in database design and development and experience working with MongoDB and SQL
- Proficient in using Git and Gitlab/Github and familiar with branch strategies
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Python and Golang
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React | Next.js | etc)
- Experience with cloud providers and services (Vercel, Netlify, AWS)
- Understanding software development processes like TDD
- Experience working directly with clients or product owners
